Amazing stay! The facilities are very clean and well maintained, especially the private beach which is so beautiful. The concierge staff was very helpful in providing information and arranging our transportation.
Although the room is not equipped with a microwave, the public facilities available are enough to accommodate our needs. All the staff we met were very friendly and made us feel at home.

"We really enjoyed our holiday in Grotto Bay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the resort is clean and well maintained. One thing to note is to make sure all transactions are well recorded.
We had a slight recording error on the room bill. However, the resort quickly resolved the issue. Thank you Grotto Bay, we will definitely recommend this place to friends."
